Dermaroller Video

Hi Guys, Aisling here again and today, I’m taking a different approach to my blog. I’ve been obsessing over the dermaroller, exploring it from every angle, putting my thoughts and opinions on this device down in writing and always backing it up with facts produced by trusted sources. My most trusted source being Havana Skin Clinic.Today I’m looking at everything dermaroller video.

Havana Skin Clinic recently released an article that was basically a synopsis of the most popular questions people have asked linking their videos to match their answers. After all my ranting and raving about the dermaroller, I thought it would be useful to share the content with you.

Understanding if the dermaroller will suit you.

At home micro needling poses the following benefits for our skin:

Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Reduces the appearance of stretch marks.

General maintenance for our skin.

Promotes firmer, plumper skin.

I had a look on their You Tube channel and am going to share a different video to what they did as I really enjoyed the content and personally found it very useful. I have considered getting filler in the past this video talks about how using a dermaroller and in clinic micro needling can generate the same results as having filler and botox.

This next point is very important as it highlights some of the skin conditions in which you cannot micro needle over.

You cannot however, use the dermaroller if you have the following skin concerns:

“Active Rosacea

Active Acne

Cold sore – This one is particularly dangerous! If you have had a cold sore, you must wait atleast 2 weeks after it has completely disappeared to use a dermaroller. This is to avoid spreading the infection all over the face, particularly the eye area.

Top Tip* Ensure that you do not use your dermaroller over moles!”

How to use a dermaroller.

“One of the biggest questions we were asked was how to use the dermaroller on the neck area after we highlighted that it can be used on this area. It was because of this simple fact that we produced a video solely highlighting how to use it on the neck area. We hope you liked it as much as Aisling, one of our creative directors enjoyed making it!”

Who would of thought that this device could be used for tightening the neck! That droopiness we get on the chin area which affects a multitude of body shapes and ages can just be down to genetics. I know people who have always rocked considerably small figures and who’s weight never fluctuated who never had a strong jawline and complained about have ‘double chins’. Now, let’s set the record straight, they never had double chins! But, admittedly the area under their chins called the platysma was never very tight and lifted. I’m guessing that this simply comes down to bone structure and as mentioned before genetics. I use the Image A.D.S Premium Dermaroller on my facial and neck area. I’ve noticed along with other benefits that my platysma was definitely lifted afterwards.

Are the results permanent?

Once you remove acne scarring, this is fortunately, irreversible. The same principle applies to all of the other benefits that micro needling has on the skin. Results cannot be faked.
