Dermaroller At Home

Hi Guys, Aisling here again exploring everything that is dermaroller at home, aka micro needling at home. So what is a dermaroller?

Luckily for me, the guys in Havana Skin Clinic have left no stone unturned in exploring this topic. They sell both the Dermaplump and Image A.D.S Premium Dermaroller’s and specialise in in clinic micro needling treatment. They also have a team of highly trained laser and skincare specialists making them experts in skincare. I trust their advice 1000% which is why I’ve grabbed some content from their latest blog to share with you guys.

Here’s some of their advice when it comes to safely purchasing a dermaroller:

The needles are titanium and not cheap metal.

You receive instructions with it.

The needle depth isn’t over 0.5 mm.

It’s needles to be a genuine good quality dermaroller. (There are horror stories of the needles coming from the roller and getting stuck in the person using the rollers skin.)

It’s also important that you know how to use a dermaroller when purchasing. For example, the nose and eye area are two areas to be extremely careful of. You cannot roll the eye area but you can go as far as the cheek bone. The nose requires less rolling time and you cannot carry out the same roller practise as the rest of the face, you need to be extra careful.
